Each Microcomputer in this limited series of 12 comes programmed with a one-of-a-kind software program written in the C language. The Microcomputers are essentially miniature, handmade computers installed inside of 12 vintage, baby blue toy microwaves that were gradually collected via ebay.com. Each unique Microcomputer software program varies by having a different data-crunching 'font' and processing pattern, which is a rotation through a series of 3 imagined states of computer activity: waiting loop, data crunch, and bad result. This pattern repeats every 20-30 minutes, looping infinitely. (the font and pattern in each Microcomputer are similar to the brief example shown above) Runs on 2x AA batteries and has on/off switch. It has a life expectancy of 50,000 hours... so if used for just a few hours a week it should last you a few hundred years. For archival purposes you will be provided with the full hardware specs and software code. The Microcomputer chip (attiny2313) can even be reprogrammed without any deconstruction or desoldering.
